In our participation in the Modular House Challenge, we explored the innovative use of plywood as a digital material, pushing the boundaries of traditional construction methods. Our project utilized CNC manufacturing and robotic assembly to create modular housing units with precision and efficiency. By treating plywood as a versatile, digitally fabricated material, we were able to design and produce components that are both lightweight and structurally robust. The use of robotic assembly ensured that each module was constructed with a high degree of accuracy, reducing waste and enhancing sustainability. This approach highlights our commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology with sustainable practices, creating adaptable and efficient living spaces.
